New accreditation party

The best accreditation for art schools in Switzerland and Europe

After more than a year of process, EPAC is proud to announce that it has received the EQ-Arts accreditation which attests to the quality level of its Bachelor and Master of Fine Arts programs. This accreditation will allow students to use their ECTS credits in Switzerland and throughout Europe. To celebrate this accreditation, an event is organized on October 28, 2022, from 5:00 pm at the EPAC in Saxon.

On September 20, 2022, EPAC (Professional School of Contemporary Arts) received accreditation from EQ-Arts for its Bachelor and Master of Fine Arts programs. EQ-Arts is the accreditation body with the highest quality level for art schools in Switzerland and Europe. Only the Zurich University of the Arts had obtained this accreditation in Switzerland.

EQ-Arts ( is a specialized accreditation body for art schools that follows the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance (ESG). It is part of EQAR, the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education and is affiliated with ENQA, the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. EPAC is accredited until 2025. The main advantage of this new accreditation is the recognition for students of their ECTS credits obtained during their Bachelor and Master studies at EPAC. This accreditation also brings a very high level of quality improvement in the school's processes and programs.

To celebrate this accreditation, EPAC is organizing an event on October 28 at 5pm at the Route du Village 39 in Saxon.

Party Program:

  1. Speech by Christian Roth, President of the Commune of Saxon
  2. Presentation of the new accreditation by Patrizia Abderhalden, Executive Director of EPAC.
